Ingrid Lambru (Marketing Director, Mercury Research) participated on 23rd of July at the second edition of Marketing Research 2011 organized by SMARK. She presented the trends in online research, insights from creating and maintaining online panels and spoke about research needs and studies that can be covered from interviewing respondents online.“During 2000 – 2005, across the world, online research had such an impressive growth that ESOMAR published the ESOMAR Guideline for Online Research which sets out the codes of conducts that any market research agency conducting online research should adhere to”, stated Ingrid Lambru
