Our fieldwork team has considerable experience in conducting in-home interviews and more than 70% of the team has worked within Mercury Research for more than 1.5 year.

Checking Fieldwork
The checking procedure is done by a separate team within Mercury Research and covers areas such as selection of the household, selection of the respondent, accuracy of questionnaire completion. Each interviewer is randomly checked on every project. In CATI studies (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews) the checking procedure consists of randomly listening to telephone interviews.
