TV commercials - more or less?

Although the number of TV commercials decreased in 2009 as compared to 2008 according to Alfa Cont, this change has not been perceived by most of the Romanians living in the urban area. The results of a survey conducted by Mercury Research shows that only 1 out of 10 urban Romanians think there were less TV commercials in 2009 as opposed to the period prior to the crisis. On the other hand, the economic crisis is perceived to have brought more promotions, raffles or discounts to food products.
