Progresiv Interactiv Bacau
Mercury Research participated in Progresiv Interactiv Bacau, the annual event organized by Magazinul Progresiv that gathered the small retailers from Romania. Mercury's representatives presented the results of the second edition of the customer satisfaction survey meant to show small retailers how to turn weaknesses into strengths, in order to have better services and loyal customers.
