Large network of interviewers, able to handle all types of data collection, from exit interviews to central location and traditional in-home interviews:
- national coverage
- both urban and rural
- trained interviewers located in all geographical regions
Respondents selection:
- capability to conduct in home interviews on random route and predefined address
- central location in largest cities of Romania
Method - CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviews) with GPS location identification.
Quality control procedures:
- minimum 5% control of each interviewer, on each project
- continuous supervision on location for central location projects
- monthly performance evaluations for each interviewer and earnings linked to quality performance
- monthly bonuses for top quality performers
